In between opening the shop, selecting and delivering meat, I have also been busy in the kitchen creating my new Pork and Leek Sausage! This latest addition to our Sausages is called ‘The Wessex’. Absolutely scrumptious, the blend of succulent pork, herbs and leek create a truly tasty sausage. Ideal when served with new potatoes, a knob of butter, peas and baby carrots.
